Hello,
We're looking for a software that could compare documents (Word, Excel, PDF etc.) against each other and call out the changes made from one to the other.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Open MS Word and select Help on the toolbar. Type "compare documents". The routine should be the same across the Microsoft series of programs and probably with Adobe as well.
