Due to a medical condition, I will be reducing my work-week hours, and my full-time position will be changed to a "work share" position. Other than the obvious need to be compatible and division of duties, does anyone out there have any pointers for me. Thanks!

You can find out whether your state has a shared work program online or contact your local employment office for more information. In some states, the unemployment compensation laws allow you to collect partial unemployment benefits during a work-sharing period. The employee may be eligible to receive partial benefits under the regular unemployment insurance program. Hope this helps.
