We are currently looking for a Compliance Filing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Prepares required regulatory filing for rates, rules and forms with state insurance departments
Prepares initial correspondence from regulators for inquiries regarding rate, rule and form filings
Assists with Regulatory Filing Projects
Processes State Claim reports
Maintains historical regulatory files
Requirements
Legal Assistant or paralegal designation preferred, will consider combination of education and related experience
3 to 5 years of insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience including legal research and writing
Work experience in a corporate law department is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in SERFF and other electronic filing services
Excellent oral and written communication skills
