Hi - Does anyone know if you can do an e-mail mail merge in Outlook and if so, how? Thank you.

I am not sure what version of Outlook this person is using, but here is a link to instruction for 2007:

If 2007 is not the version the person is using, they can do a search on Google and find various links to instruction on how to do it. ?

Here are some step by step instructions that should be pretty easy to follow.
From your Contacts folder choose:
File
then choose Import and Export
then choose Export to a file - next
then choose MS Excel - next
choose Contacts (which should be highlighted already) - next
Save to your desktop and give it a name - next
Confirm and then Finish
This will give you an Excel file of your contacts that you will have to delete some columns from but it is quick and you can then go about doing your mail merge. I hope this helps.

I don't know about a mail merge in Outlook for your contacts but I do know you can export your contacts into an Excel spreadsheet and do a mail merge from there. It is very simple and quick. I have attached the youtube demonstration on how to do this. Let me know if this link works for you; if not, get back to me and I will send you step by step instructions.
