My boss becomes inundated daily with e-mails, some legit and high priority while others are not. We are brainstorming on how I can help him with this daily chore of going through all his e-mails. We have set up individual folders for moving e-mails into, but we don't believe this has totally solved the problem. I'm looking for solutions that have been successful for others. Suggestions?
