We bought gift cards for our Admins for breakfast and a manicure/pedicure. hoping they can spend some time together outside of the office.

We invited a speaker to attend (Skillpath, etc) to present education to the admins and included a catered lunch. Everyone had a great time learning and collaborating with like minded coworkers. It was also a good way to meet the newer members to the group. A survey was sent to the admins asking them what topics they would like more information about. The topics came from whoever you select as the education provider. In our case, the presenter was able to take a few separate presentations and create a custom class for us.
