Advertising Insert Advertising Rates
Be one of our exclusive advertisers with your brochure or flyer placed in the newsletter, billing statements or new member packets. Choose to mail to as many, or as few, readers as you want.
- Advertiser must supply insert.
- Inserts can vary in size but must not weigh more than ¼ oz or measure more than 8.5 x 11. Must fit into a #10 envelope, folded if necessary.
- A minimum of 500 inserts must be supplied.
- Prepayment is required.
- All inserts must be delivered by the 15th of the month prior to issue date.
Newsletter Inserts: Reach all AEAP members by having your insert included in our monthly newsletter (published 8 times per year). Inserts are mailed in the same envelope as the newsletter. Cost is $60 per thousand.
Billing statements: Material that you produce is inserted with our renewal billing statements. Mailed to approximately 200 members each month. Cost is $60 per thousand.
To include your inserts in one of the above options, fax your request along with a sample of your insert to (703) 533-1153 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All inserts are subject to AEAP’s approval. Once approved, we will send an invoice along with shipping instructions.
